It seems that denim is definitely heading our way this year, for the 70s inspired trend. The denim jacket definitely gives it a retro style, which I'm loving this season. This oversized jacket is easily paired with anything, like this chic textured monochrome stripped dress. I love the high curved hem, giving some edge to the outfit. Adding a classic pair of skater shoes, as well as a backpack to finish off this causal outfit.

We all love a new accessory right? This tassel clutch is my new obsession! It can easily be made into a shoulder bag with the detachable gold chain strap, making it versatile for any occasion. It's definitely worth the money, considering all the detailing and textures (from leather to faux suede).

Who else is loving this tassel clutch?

Yet again, I have added another pair of shoes to my collection. But I can't help it, look how amazing these New Balance trainers look! I've had my eye on these for quite a long time, but was contemplating on whether spending £59.99 was worth it. And it was! Without a doubt, these have got to be the most comfortable trainers I've owned. Ranging from different colours, theres bound to be a colour for everyone. Easily paired with jeans to skirts, these trainers are definitely a all rounder.

Whats your opinion on New Balances guys?

Apologies for the bad quality picture, it was take on my iPhone! We all at least need one little black dress in our wardrobe. I'm obsessed with this one purchased from Asos. I love the detailing of the sheer panel around the waist and sleeves. Easily fits any body type, definitely a must have!

What do you think of little black dresses?

Necklace - Topshop
When first trying this dress on, I had already decided to return it, purely because I felt like a potato sack! After giving it some time and thinking about how I could style it, I changed my opinion on it. I thought it was time (considering its the new year), to be more open to trying new clothes. I'm not really into the whole maxi length, but this knitted jumper dress was too cosy to resist. I wanted to keep this look casual, so I used minimal amount of accessories, only adding a necklace and a backpack.

Are you guys going to take risks with your fashion sense this year?
